Lễ Tân (Hostess)

• Main Duties


• Location: working at new bar in District 1


• Customer Service


• Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.


• Provides excellent service to customers as appropriate.


• Handles all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.


• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.


• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.


• Operational


• Greet the guest promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, a smile and good posture.


• Set up host/hostess stand, review guest reservations book, and make recommendations as to the set up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for bar while recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server in order to meet Restaurant service standards.


• Handling guests without reservations or those waiting for others to join them.


• Seat the guest promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference.


• Presenting menus and explanations for all menu items.


• Taking order from customer, serve in high standard.


• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.


• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.


• Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of guests.


• Works in a supportive and flexible “We work through Teams”.


• Other Duties


• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the company policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.


• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

• Responds to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the company.

• Have experience at least 1 years with same position ( hotel, fine dining restaurant,bar )
