- Introduce spa, consult and sell services to customers
- Coordinate with the security department to ensure security and property (if any) for passengers during service use.
- Propose ideas to improve work efficiency.
- Clean the reception area, neatly arrange all menus, flyers, and spa service introductions before and after work.
- Welcome customers
- Be responsible for monitoring all customer service bookings via email, phone or directly at the counter.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Report all customer bookings to the Manager to prepare for service and reception.
- Report to superiors all work done by day, week, month, year.

- Self- motivated, proactive, and takes initiative.
- Creative and thoughtful problem solving.
- Multi- tasker manages time and priorities effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in Spa Receptionist or related position at hotels
- Process- oriented, detail- minded, organized.
- Qualification: Bachelor graduate hospitality
