Lead Designer (3D Game Artist , Vr Application, Unreal Engine, 3D Modeling, Rendering)

A designer to lead a small team to explore and develop high-demand capabilities in the following areas:  

Design game/animation characters/worlds in 2D concept arts and lead the rest of the team to transform your concepts into 3D animation-ready models.  

Develop proofs-of-concept for VR applications/games in Unity or Unreal Engine.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop VR/3D products.  
• Oversee team development and training efforts throughout the whole 3D animation production pipeline.  
• Work closely with clients to understand their designs, enhance and develop design concepts, andcreate storyboard and conceptual designs to capture clients' needs and vision.
• Work with your own team to produce/execute the final design of each project.

• Technical graduates, designer graduates, proficient in English ( equivalent IELTS 6.5).  
• Well-versed in Unity or Unreal Engine and good at 2D concept art development.  
• Willing to learn new skills in cross-discipline 3D digitalization and virtual reality development.  
• Game content development experience (which could include video games, digital or physical interactive experience, and other digital spaces).  
• Strong understanding of Mixed Reality technologies.  
• Understanding of current trends in pop culture, entertainment, and new technologies in the AR/VR industry.
• Fearlessly curious about exploring new areas.
