Lead Developer (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiently work with Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL in self- hosted, SaaS, and PaaS environments.
Analyze root causes, describe issue symptoms, quantify the scope of issues, and propose effective solutions.
Exceed customer expectations regarding response quality, response timeliness, and overall customer experience.
Investigate and address technical issues reported in the form of problems and bugs.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and efficiency of functions.
Work collaboratively with internal cross- functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to implement internal and client business requirements.
Serve as a technical advisor for internal and client projects, contributing to system architecture design decisions.
Document support ticket resolutions and apply fixes for customers.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Travel as required.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with database concepts and scripting.
Creative thinker and strategic problem solver.
Effective communication of technical concepts, both written and orally.
Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Bash, Python, JavaScript, Flutter, etc.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Affinity for SaaS products dealing with ERP, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other software verticals

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

Willingness to continuously learn and work proactively.
2- 4 years of professional experience.
Knowledge/experience with SaaS/Cloud- based applications.
Business experience within an ERP environment.
