FUJIFILM Business Innovation is going to establish a new Software Development Center in Vietnam, as a department of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam.

MFPs or the related software are embedded in many products, requiring a great deal of know- how and technology. Since many of our projects are large- scale, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.
Job Responsibilities: The responsibility of the lead engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers and lead the project (Technical lead).
Objective: Development of embedded software related to printer multifunction devices.
Job Description:

You will be developing embedded controller software that operates on the controller board of printer multifunction devices.
The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high- quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators
Collaborate with bridge engineers to lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

Job Requirements

Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.
Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English fluently- spoken, listening, and written.
Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 7 years or more.

Education/Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant technology certifications
