Lead Frontend Developer (VueJS)freeC's Client

Report daily to the PM to update on progress.
Participate in a development team building cloud- based web applications.
Collaborate with the Frontend team in Japan, as well as the Backend, QA, and interpreter teams to deliver assigned projects on time.
Perform other tasks assigned by the PM.

Requirements
Basic Requirements:

Ability to read, understand, and analyze business requirements from clients
At least 4 years of experience in web application development projects.
Good research ability
At least 2 years of experience working with VueJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
Strong problem- solving skills
Ability to create and present clear technical documentation and share knowledge with teammates

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Japanese company workflows and working styles is a plus
Good English reading comprehension
Experience with backend development using Laravel
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, TypeScript
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, PHPStorm, GitHub
Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.

Salary & Bonus

Salary raises and bonuses twice a year
13th and 14th- month salary; full social insurance contribution based on gross salary
100% salary during the probation period

Working Time & Leave

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (full- time onsite, punctual)
