Lead Full Stack Developer (Technical Lead)

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead our development team, overseeing both code and no- code processes. This role is pivotal in managing and growing the team while driving innovation to expand our tech stack beyond Bubble. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical strategy and execution of projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. About the Role Litmers, a No- code Outsourcing Agency established by Cigro Inc., is at the forefront of transforming outsourced development. Since our inception in January 2023 with a team of four, we have grown to 27 members by November 2024, completing over 100 projects and achieving 100% revenue growth in one year. As one of the leading no- code Bubble development teams in Asia, we rank 32nd among 319 Bubble Agencies (as of October 2024 and achieved Silver Partner status within 1.5 years, marking us as a global leader in no- code innovation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration across code and no- code workflows.
Lead the end- to- end development process for web applications and responsive designs (note: mobile apps refer to web- based solutions, not native iOS/Android applications).
Build and maintain custom Bubble plugins to enhance functionality (refer to Bubble Plugin Documentation).
Design and implement scalable APIs and robust backend systems.
Collaborate with Bubble developers and UI/UX designers to deliver user friendly interfaces.
Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to expand the teamʼs tech stack beyond Bubble

Excellent English communication skills to coordinate with a global team.
3 to 10 years of experience in full- stack development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven experience leading development teams or managing projects across diverse tech stacks. Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server, with expertise in version control systems like Git/GitHub.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Test Driven Development TDD.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and expand technical capabilities
Nice to Haves:
Experience in cloud services, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in Bubble development or Bubble plugin creation.
Familiarity with other frameworks or languages such as Python, Ruby, or PHP.
