Lead Operation Manager

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international education organization. Our client is seeking a Lead Operation Manager to head up one of their biggest business center in Vietnam. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Lead Operation Manager will manage the teams to provide service and support to customers, clients, and partners to achieve target sales and market share.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team at a functional and operational level to ensure the high engagement and excellent business results

• Establish and maintain a strategic relationship with key accounts and governing bodies

• Coordinate in organising counsellor workshops, events and development programs

• Responsible for annual budget; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to initiate plans

• Initiate and implement procedures related to administration and operations

• Bachelor’s degree holder. 5+ years of similar experience.

• Demonstrated leadership with proven ability to motivate and lead team to achieve targets and managing diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese

• Good interpersonal and strong leadership skill, as well as customer liaison and client relationship management.
