Coordinate resources across multiple ongoing projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Collaborate with the accounting team to follow up on billing and payment collection.
Manage all project documentation and ensure proper archiving of deliverables.
Act as the primary contact point for clients and partners throughout project execution.
Supervise and develop the internal PM team (3–4 members), including performance review and capability training.
Build detailed implementation plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Identify potential project risks and take proactive actions to mitigate them.
Contribute to building and improving the organization’s project management frameworks, templates, and workflows.
Perform other project- related tasks as assigned.
Regularly report project status, progress, and potential issues to the Board of Directors and clients.
Gather and clarify client requirements; propose appropriate technical or business solutions.
Manage, monitor, and control project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software outsourcing or system integration projects.
Proven experience managing enterprise- scale projects with multiple stakeholders (Advantageous if having experience in Banking/Finance sector projects).
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (especially in DevOps, DevSecOps, API Management, Kubernetes, Observability, or system integration).
Solid experience in planning, scheduling, and project monitoring using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem- solving, team leadership, and multi- tasking capabilities.
Preferred: Possession of Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI- ACP, or equivalent).
English: Basic communication with international clients; capable of reading technical documentation and writing reports or emails in English.
