Lead SAP Consultant (US Project)

About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Lead SAP Consultant who can leverage their expertise to manage, optimize, and enhance our SAP systems, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in a US project. If you have a passion for SAP and meet the qualifications listed below, we are looking forward to having you in the team

Create custom backup and retention jobs using T- SQL and data modeling.
Resolve issues with Oracle and DB2 databases.
Oversee installation and performance tuning on Java and ABAP platforms.
Utilize all SAP system capabilities to improve business processes and customizations.
Perform BPC patching in Windows environments.
Configure SRM applications and support the development team.
Manage and troubleshoot SAP systems and transport schedules.
Develop custom ABAP reports for long- term issues.
Conduct quarterly system refreshes and support pack upgrades for SCM, EP, CRM, and ERP.
Monitor data security and integrity.
Optimize database code and improve SSIS data loading.
Assist developers with T- SQL queries.
Create stored procedures for SSRS reports to match mainframe data.
Lead architecture and development of predictive models and executive dashboards.

Key Qualifications

Must Have:
At least 5 years of experience with a strong focus on SAP
Proficient in Oracle, DB2, T- SQL, and SSIS.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex SAP environments and transport systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between processes and customization teams.
Proven leadership and communication skills
Proven SAP BASIS background with a solid understanding of SAP functionalities and systems
Ability to collaborate with application developers and support teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues.
Experience with BPC patching in Windows environments.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with SAP scheduling and data migration processes.
Functional knowledge of SAP, including specific modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
Experience in developing custom ABAP reports and optimizing database performance.
Ability to identify long- term system issues and propose innovative solutions.
Experience with predictive modeling, executive dashboards, and alerting services.
Product or supply chain knowledge.
