Lead Technical (NODEJS)

We are looking for a Lead Technical (NODEJS) who will report to Manager, Software Development and:

• Build Backend API function based on product requirement (using Nodejs)


• Use Kubernetes / Docker to deploy new systems


• Apply CI/CD in the development process.


• Develop and maintain all server-side network components


• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.


• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code


• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate backend functionality into the mobile app.


• Collaborate on technical solutions and provide expertise in backend development.


• Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure the delivery of clean and maintainable code.


• Participate in code reviews and advocate for continuous integration practices.


• Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and responsiveness. Identify and address bottlenecks to enhance overall system efficiency.


• Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and architecture.

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Backend Node.js developer


• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/Typescript


• Strong knowledge of Node.js and and frameworks available for it


• Proficiency in using the NestJS/Express framework to build web applications.


• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and techniques.


• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking.


• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git


• Experienced with cloud computing (AWS EC2)


• Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application


• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3


• Good logical and structural thinking


• Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented


• Good sense for quality, teamwork, and innovation

• Monday to Friday (09:00- 18:00)
