POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic Education Program Manager to lead and coordinate impactful educational and innovation- focused programs, especially those with international partners and participants. You will oversee full- cycle program execution — from planning and partnership coordination to learner experience, event operations, and post- program evaluation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management & Operations:
Coordinate with internal teams, mentors, trainers, speakers, and service vendors.
Manage project documentation, logistics, and continuous improvement processes.
Develop and implement detailed work plans for education/training programs (timeline, budget, resource allocation, curriculum).
International Projects & Partner Coordination:
Support program participants and guests from other countries in logistics and cultural adaptation when needed.
Communicate with international mentors, speakers, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
Work closely with global partners, universities, accelerators, embassies, NGOs to co- deliver programs across borders.
Event Execution (online & offline):
Organize and manage key events (orientation, workshops, conferences, graduation, demo days, etc.).
Work with vendors, venues, technical support teams, and ensure smooth operations.
Learner Experience & Community Engagement:
Oversee participant onboarding, attendance, communication, and support.
Ensure high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and feedback collection.
Build a sense of community among learners and alumni.
Monitoring, Reporting & Improvement:
Track KPIs, budgets, and program progress.
Propose improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
Prepare program reports and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills (in both Vietnamese and English).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple programs at once.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Trello, Notion, Google Workspace).
3+ years of experience in managing education, training, startup, or innovation- related programs/projects.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in fast- paced environments.
