Lead UX/UI Designer

We are currently looking for a Lead UX/UI designer to be a core part of our digital team and take the lead on projects. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating effective, intuitive and beautiful experiences.
The Lead UX/UI Designer will work with clients, Project Managers and technology teams to conceptualize and design our eCommerce solutions and other website and mobile platforms we create.
Position Responsibilities

Create prototypes and animation examples to fully explain experiences
Understand user & client needs and work closely with our team of UX and UI designers to develop concepts and solutions.
Assist in ad-hoc projects
Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Provide UX/UI mentorship & oversight to more junior team members.
Present design concepts and solutions
Partner with our project managers, developers, and the members of the creative team to create consistency in the user experience on the platforms we create.

Solid understanding of designing for functionality, navigation, interactions, and interfaces
Proficiency in Figma
Understanding of what is feasible with HTML/CSS/JS.
Experience with digital agency environment is an advantage
Experience in developing design systems.
Strong communication skills (in English), self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skills
Strong capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
eCommerce experience is an advantage
Fluency in English is a must.
Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment. You’re flexible and open-minded

Prior Experience:

8-10+ years’ experience in interface design for websites, mobile platforms and eCommerce sites
