Lead Web Engineer (JavaScript/Python)

We are working on iOS/Android games that have very high concurrent users and high network traffic in foreign markets (US/Europe/Arab). In order to scale up our business, we are looking for a Lead Web Engineer whose main responsibilities are:

Debug and fix existing issues
Write technical design documents, for milestones and internal use
Led internal Tools Engineer&039;s team to implement new tool features and improve current tools (performance and UX)
Control the technical quality and coding best practices of the project
Provide technical solutions, innovate, and improve the quality of implementation, performance
Work/Talk with clients on the technical side
Other duties as assigned by management
Work with Producers to plan task scheduling/resource assignment/risk evaluation, define/propose the future roadmap of the project

Great attitude and work ethic
Experience with caching systems such as Memcache, and Redis
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
Clear communication and reporting in English
Solid experience in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript working with ReactJS/Redux
5- 10 years of experience working in Software/Web Development
Solid experience in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON) including accessibility and security concerns
Working experience with big web projects is an advantage
Experience with SQL relational databases development: tables design, query optimization, and procedure creation
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills
Experience with AWS (EC2, ALB..)
Well- versed in writing structured, well- documented, maintainable, and clean code
Solid experience in back- end development, C or NodeJS or Python
Good experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team
Solid experience in modern front- end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Webpack, NPM)

We Prefer Candidates Who Have:

Has experience with Django
Understanding of RESTful API design and Microservices- based systems
Experience setting up, using, or configuring CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Ansible, Jenkins, NPM,..)
