Define and develop Smart Contracts/Protocols for a Layer- 1 blockchain ecosystem.
Manage a team of 3–5 Smart Contract Developers, including task allocation, code reviews, and ensuring quality and security standards.
Participate in internal audits and develop best practice guidelines for security.
Contribute to the design of on- chain protocol architecture (governance, consensus- related contracts, tokenomics).
Proactively research and adopt emerging blockchain technologies (EVM chain, Substrate, Cosmos SDK, Move).
Collaborate with Backend and Frontend teams to deliver end- to- end integrated solutions.

Requirements

Experience with audits or direct collaboration with audit firms.
Comprehensive understanding of Layer- 1 blockchain mechanisms
In- depth understanding and practical experience with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine): · Strong knowledge of EVM architecture, gas mechanisms, and storage models. · Experience deploying and optimizing contracts on Ethereum or EVM- compatible chains (BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, etc.). · Ability to analyze and interact with EVM bytecode, event logs, and ABI.
Preference given to candidates with real- world products/protocols, open- source contributions, or deployed contracts on mainnet.
Strong team management and mentoring skills for junior and mid- level developers.
Minimum of 5 years of blockchain development experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Smart Contract Developer.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex DeFi protocols (DEX, lending, yield farming, derivative protocols).
Expertise in smart contract security (reentrancy, flash loans, frontrunning, overflow, auditing).
Proficiency in Solidity and at least one additional smart contract language (Rust/Substrate or Move).

Annual leave: 12 days per year, with an additional day granted after every 12 months.
Performance reviews conducted every 6 months.
Probation period: 2 months (Probation salary = 85% of base salary).
Lunch allowance: 25,000 VND per day.
