Caring job of operation team, support and divide job for each staff
Make monthly report about sale and profit and submit to director
Handling shipping documents for outbound/ inbound shipments (issue HBL, submit SI/VGM forcarrier, file manifest, make AN, DO issue debit/credit note, send pre- alert to agent, followpayment....)
Other tasks assigned by director
Following up the shipments and update to customer/agent, solve arising issues.
Checking local payment, monthly payment for vendor, agent, shipping line, airline
Contacting oversea agent and shipper to arrange shipments smoothly
Checking and make quotation to customer, agent
Contacting shipping lines to check space/schedule, arrange bookings and solve any problemincurred.

Willingness to learn about Operations if unexperienced in that area
Minimum 4- 5 years experience in Logistics field
Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Good commercial acumen
University degree or equivalent education
Fluent in English

Salary increase at least 1 time/year
Salary 14.000.000- 20.000.000 VNĐ
