Leader Sales Logistics (Fwd, Air Freight)

Role

Updating and consulting information on market and freight rates for agents,
Attendedoverseas networking conferences engagingwith existing and new strategic partners
Ensure timely and accurate feedback/update information for internal departments and customers about shipment/goods status.
Understand import/export air freight forwarding activities (issuing and processing shipping documents (CI, PL, etc.)/booking/payment/document processing/liaison with partners , etc.) as Leader.
Working with internal departments to do pricing and operations related to confirming agent&039;s cargo information.
Build agent development plan according to Seahorse&039;s strategy.
Maintaining, building and developing Agent system for company to increase revenue.
Orienting and consulting the sales overseas/customer service department in choosing strategic agents in line with the strengths of each strategic agent.
Consult and quote the integrated services of Seahorse at the request of the agent.

Responsibilities

To validate and follow up with carriers on B/L and all other shipping documents.
To escalate issues as relevant, and to support the resolution of claims and disputes.
To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and other endors as well as ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
To ensure shipping instructions and documents are compliant; that deviations are quickly addressed.
To review any routing changes, collaborating with the service providers.
To check incoming invoices, create sales invoices
To coordinate with all suppliers and internal stakeholders for shipment transportation, arranging additional services (trucking, customs clearance etc.) where necessary.

Prefer experience with 3 years in freight forwarding company
Have experience in Air export is priority.
Computer skill is required
Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can take the pressure
Job Location : No 45 St 41, Vạn Phuc city Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Working time: Monday- Friday: 8h00 – 17h30, Saturday (Online at home): 8h00 – 12h00
