- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded
- Works with management, requesters, subject matter experts, stakeholders, agency staff, and other purchasing staff to resolve purchasing related issues.
- May assist with preparing, reviewing, releasing and tracking purchase orders (POs) based on requesters’ needs.
- Assists with procurements using the most applicable and cost-effective purchasing methods based on laws, rules, policies and established guidelines.
- Control team member
- Receives and tracks vendor responses to solicitations and distributes responses to the assigned buyers.
- Experience in supplier management
- Manage the long-term stock to znd out the best solution.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, performance review and annual budget, yearend reporting, and year-end package.
- May assist with preparing, reviewing and maintaining purchasing and procurement reports

- Knowledge of state procurement principles and practices.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Speaking/Writing English or Korea fluent.
- Knowledge of purchasing and procurement methods and procedures.
- Skill in writing and editing correspondence and contracts
- Known about ERP, MES
- Ability to communication effectively and excellent customer service skills
- Skill in researching, analysing, and interpreting state policies and federal regulations
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendors and suppliers
