Manage a UX/UI design team of 3–6 members: plan recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Organize internal design reviews, professional workshops, and inspire the team to raise design standards.
Develop and implement long- term UX strategy aligned with the product development roadmap and user needs. Establish standardized UX research processes: user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback loops.
Take full responsibility for the overall UX of all company products (web, app, internal systems, etc.).
Provide strategic user behavior insights, UI logic, and product proposals based on data analysis.
Act as the key liaison working with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
Manage and continuously improve the Design System to ensure consistency and flexibility across products.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a formal university program.
Work Experience:
Experience in building and maintaining a Design System across multiple products.
Preference given to candidates who have worked on large- scale products such as CRM, ERP, internal management systems, admin dashboards, or B2B mobile apps.
At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, including a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or senior role with a focus on UX strategy.
Work Skills:
Strong UX research skills: hypothesis formulation, behavior mapping, user interviews, and insight analysis.
Proficient in Figma, FigJam, or equivalent design tools. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, grid systems, information architecture, and data- driven design.
Systematic thinking with the ability to view the overall user experience and optimize it strategically.
Personality and Other Skills:
Preference for candidates with hands- on experience collaborating closely with frontend engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation effectiveness.
Clear communication, logical argumentation, and confident presentation skills when working with Product, Tech, and Stakeholders.
Strong mentoring ability with a passion for training and inspiring the design team.
