Organize Continuous Improvement activities
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations. Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS- ISO 14001, OH&SMS- ISO45001 where required
Plan, execute and follow up on kaizen goals to achieve the savings (Productivity, Yield, WIP, etc)
Internal telephone.
Conduct Kaizen based on the kaizen monthly plan to transform traditional lines to a LEAN line.
Entitle to enter company area besides working hours.

Range of Responsibilities and authorities
Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS- ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS- ISO45001.
Access to personal data of subordinates.
Train, educate and sustain people to follow the “LEAN Way”.
Lead, Manage and motivate a group of trained people in implementing Lean Production System – VNO Lean Office.

Professional knowledge of: Understanding of the manufacturing process
Other (e.g. competences): A good listener, Industrial Engineering knowledge (preferred)
Professional experience: 2- 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of foreign languages: English at B level or equal
Knowledge of computer servicing: Can use Microsoft Office and Minitab
Education: College, major in technique; or Bachelor’s degree in any major, Bachelor’s degree in technical major (Preferable)
