Learning And Development Executive

Why we’re looking for you
As a L&D Executive, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to analyze and conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives and evaluate their effectiveness, contribute to human development, and ensure the successful implementation of a product.
We are looking for an innovative L&D Executive to design training programs for employees who need more product/corporate training.
You Will...

Designing and delivering training initiatives to ensure staff development and skill enhancement.
Implement data- driven methodologies for tracking employee performance and monitoring training progress.
Craft and revise learning materials, guides, and reference documents to ensure up- to- date and effective training resources.
Conducting workshops, sharing sessions, activities to improve the overall knowledge of the team.
Building a knowledge base for the company ‘s employees.
Offer guidance and support to managers and staff regarding training- related issues and career development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders or external vendors to identify training opportunities and create relevant training materials.

You Have...

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A minimum of 3 years experience in Learning & Development or equivalent
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or a related field
English: Advanced level
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to identify gaps in skills
Product or industry- related experience is a plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of training
