Learning and Development Manager

• Develop and execute the hotel’s annual training plan based on business objectives, brand standards, and talent development needs.
• Align training programs with Accor’s corporate learning framework, Pullman brand, and performance management goals.
• Collaborate with HODs and ExCom to ensure departmental training needs are identified and addressed effectively.
Training Program Management
• Design and deliver core training programs (onboarding, service culture, leadership development, safety, grooming, etc.).
• Promote e- learning platforms and monitor completion rates.
• Facilitate Accor- mandated programs such as ALL Heartist, Code of Conduct, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
• Ensure training content is engaging, up- to- date, and tailored to different roles and departments.
Talent Development & Succession Planning
• Implement cross- training, upskilling, and career pathing initiatives.
• Identify high- potential talents and support career development plans in coordination with the Talent and Culture Director and ExCom.
• Drive succession planning for key operational roles.
Training Evaluation & Reporting
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, post- training assessments, and performance KPIs.
• Prepare monthly Learning and Development reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure audit readiness.
Staff Engagement & Internal Activities
• Plan, organize, and lead internal employee engagement activities including:
• Employee of the Month/Quarter programs
• Team- building events
• Work closely with departments to encourage participation and strengthen team spirit.
• Cultural celebrations and festive events
• Recognition initiatives (Heartist, etc.)
• Create a fun, inclusive, and positive working environment that supports retention and morale.
• Monthly staff birthday celebrations
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• High energy, creativity, and ability to engage teams at all levels.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Training or L&D in a hotel or service environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Accor platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
