Learning and Development Officer

Update Training Attendance Records correctly which include Departmental Training (On The Job Training).
Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
Conduct Orientation, Brand Service Programs and other Soft Skills Programs.
Prepare Training Monthly Report to GM and HR Manager.
Preparing all training materials and documents for training class.
Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
Designing and assessing training programmes.
Follow up Personal Training Competencies List and Employee Orientation Check List.
Conducting job evaluation surveys
Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training program for all hotel staff in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of the Team.
Compiling and presenting information
Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an on- going basis.
Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
To assist Talent &Department in organizing Staff Activities and undertake other tasks as agreed with Training Manager
Design attractive training activity board and update regularly.
Coordinate for room arrangement, coffee break and ensure training room is ready before class starting.
Proper filling Employee Development Journey file.

At least 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, have basic Photoshop/Canva skill.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training.
Have Training Skills, Soft Skills, Basic Training Courses for hotel staff
Passion for People Development.
English: good writing and communication skills.
