Learning and Development Specialist

Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department.
Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee’s skills if needed.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.
Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding.
Plan, organize, develop training materials and implement a range of training activities.
Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments.
Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts in training process.

Well organized, detail- oriented, careful, pro- active and positive thinking.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar L&D position.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese and be able to communicate across different levels in the organization.
Results- oriented mindset with a track record of building and implementing initiatives from scratch.
Proficient in course development software and Learning Management System.
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (both Excel and PowerPoint).
Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
