YOU

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Learning and Organizational Development Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, implementing the Organization Development approaches for Vietnam Branch which aligns with company strategies regarding both quantity and quality aspects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Organizational development
- Organization Development: work with Head of HR in the development of organization and implement action plans related to Organization structure/ changes.
- Leadership development:
• Advise Branch Leadership Team on opportunities for improvement, alternatives and approaches. Work with the leadership team to increase team effectiveness.
• Partner with COE from Global HR to customize and conduct the leadership development programs. Drive participation and engagement to ensure programs are successful and results in an increase in leadership skills and effectiveness.
- Succession planning: harmonize global succession planning and ensure future leaders are identified and developed.
- Learning and Development function: create, communicate and execute Learning and Development scope for action plans and policies, programs, processes and initiatives to assist leadership in meeting the objectives (competency framework, Performance Management system, culture activities…).

Learning and training service
- Manage employee&039;s growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development via MyWorkbench.
- Act as project manager for Learning and Development topics, ensure all requirements are met and the smooth running of courses/ initiatives.
- Manage the execution of annual training plan and costs of planned programs within budget Select and advise on optimal learning and delivery methods to maximize learning and sustainability of knowledge (in- house through instructor led or online approaches; an external of- the- shelf solution; or in partnership with an external vendor; other channels etc).
- Identify and establish sustainable L&D strategy in collaboration with Head of HR and Divisions Managers to understand ongoing business demands requiring L&D interventions to enable the development and growth of our employees to support overall business success.
- Evaluate, assess and prioritize overall training and development needs to prepare for L&D framework/ learning content and facilitate delivery and completion of training.

Leadership
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.
- Be responsible for continuous improvements of the L&OD team.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
• In- depth knowledge of full cycle performance management & appraisal;
• Good command in both verbal and written English communication skills;
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Learning and Organizational Development, experience in multinational organization is preferable;
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management;
• Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar major;
• Strong project management skills and ability to plan and set priorities;
• Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various HR reports;
• Experience must include knowledge and experience in building and executing guidelines, policies and plans
