Learning Designer

• Provide training solutions with deliverables outcome, clear statistics at learning impact or business impact.
• Other tasks are assigned by direct management.
• Decide the best training delivery is to buy vendor service or build internal trainer.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify knowledge gaps through in- depth research, including consultations.
• Apply verified instructional design theories, practice and methods in designing the learning experience.
• Work with vendor/internal trainer to share the training solutions, plan for the training delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Have 5 years of experience in the training field, with expertise in curriculum design for training programs.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology;
• Innovation mindset.
• Negotiation skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Exhibit honesty, responsibility, hard- work and teamwork.
• Good communication in English.
• Persuasive speech.
