Learning & Development Coordinator (Fulltime, Fluent English)

We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Coordinator who would be responsible for:
-Helping build a stronger Internship program that will ensure interns get certain trainings
-The L&D Coordinator would report to the HR Manager
-Tracking L&D progress specifically as it relates to Infor Campus (our learning platform when being Infor&039;s golden partner), and playing a role of the Administrator
-Helping create learning paths for new hires in each department
-Supporting the IDPs (Individual Development Plans) process including reporting & analysis

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
-Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement improvements
-A minimum of 4 years of experience working in L&D with a bachelor degree, prefer candidates with strong experience in international services companies
-Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in building IDP, career roadmaps, learning paths and talent management plan
-Familiar with some HR tools or systems that support L&D activities
-Must be fluent in English (and Vietnamese is plus)
