Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals to ensure that the organization&039;s Learning and Development strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets.
Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
Develop and implement the organization&039;s Learning and Development strategy, programs so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization&039;s current and future needs.
Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in Learning and Development trends with best practices.
Analyst and identify the Learning and Development needs of the organization and its employees to develop an overall Learning and Development plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
Design and deploy a wide variety of training, learning methods and activities such as coaching, e-learning courses, career plans, workshops….in order to ensure that Learning and Development activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization&039;s policies and standards.

Effective problem solving;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Banking/Finance or related majors. Additional professional accreditation/certification a plus.
Experience in project management and budgeting
Open-minded, proactive, well adaptable to changes.
Ability to work hard/ Ability to work in details;
Advanced IT skills, excel, word, power point;
Have interest in innovation/ systemization/ digitalization;
Careful, honest, innovative;
Must be knowledgeable of learning theories (adult, behavioral, environmental, scenario) and on-the-job training methodologies.
Written and verbal fluency in English is required
Ability to deal with all levels of the organization.
5+ years working experience in same field at banks, financial institutions, fin-tech or intermediary company;
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
