Learning & Development Executive

Identifying training and development needs within AGEST Vietnam through job analysis and regular consultation with department managers
Supervising the work of trainers
Devising individual learning plans
Building proper training schedules for all trainers
Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual&039;s needs
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant needs in an organization
Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer’s requirements and statutory compliances
Sending a training report system weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Evaluating training and development programs
Implementing and administering the certification programs
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
Managing the delivery of training and development programs
Keeping record of all employees training history
Performing other duties as assigned.
Producing training materials and manuals
Producing training materials for in- house courses
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using tests, questionnaires and through discussions with managers
Conducting training appraisals and measuring success of training courses
Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one- to- one basis or in groups

Ability to develop assessment programs
A bachelor degree in education, human resource, business administrations or equivalent
Ability to teach is a plus
Good typing ability up to speed of 50 WPM
From 2 years of experience in developing and managing training programs
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese o Experience in train- the- trainer programs
Course development and management o Developing training plans
