Learning & Development Manager

- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Conducts follow- up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the Human Resources staff.
- Modifies programs as needed.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Develops and monitors spending against the departmental budget.
- Attends training courses and certified trainer&039;s conference carried out by the Accor Group which is in the country or abroad.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
- Reports to the Talent & Culture Manager but requires to work closely with the Accor regional learning and development manager.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in relevant field.
- Excellent team- building, organization and leadership skills.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Development credential is an advantage.
- At least two years of experience in the position.
- Strong communication skill with excellent English speaking and writing.
