Learning & Development Manager/ Training Manager

- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management
- Develops and maintains organizational communications to big universities in VN to create sources of labor that match company needs with coherent training materials.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Modifies programs as needed.
- Administers spending against the departmental budget.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Develops training and development programs, projects and objectives.

Requirements:
- Having over 5 years of experience in Training, Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development for manufacturing units (preferred) with high scale (>3000 laborers).
- English and Vietnamese proficiency.
- Characteristic:

+ Excellence Word, Excel, Microsoft office.
+ Can do attitude, willing to learn new things, Easily approachable.
+ Creative and drive for result, Orientation to details.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to identify data collection tools, data sources
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking to a group for both Vietnamese and English.
