JOB SUMMARY
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the professional growth and development of our employees while supporting the specific needs of our factory at the Dau Giay factory. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing orientation programs, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Bond Program, providing expert guidance on technical training initiatives, and serving as the main coordinator for various learning and development functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
– Design and oversee the implementation of orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
– Provide expertise and guidance on training methodologies, approaches, and improvement strategies, ensuring the effectiveness and relevance of the training curriculum.
– Summarize related training data and prepare training reports.
– Organize and facilitate the comprehensive orientation program for new hires at the DG location.
– Oversee and manage the employee training bonds program.
– Fully manage the learning management system (LMS), including registering new hires, tracking employee course completion, and reminding employees to complete compulsory courses/policies/codes.
– Serve as the primary contact for functional development initiatives, liaising between departments and ensuring training needs are addressed effectively.
– Prepare reports on employee training progress and provide insights to senior management.
– Monitor and maintain the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the LMS vendor to resolve technical problems.
– Collaborate with the Production Training Team to develop and refine a comprehensive training program for New Direct Labors/Operators.
– Send reminders to employees to complete their assigned training courses and follow up with individuals who are falling behind.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of the orientation program and LMS by collecting survey/feedback from employees and identifying areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training content that aligns with organizational objectives.
– Continuously enhance orientation materials and methods to improve the onboarding experience and facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
– Archive training documents.
– Complete other tasks as assigned by direct superior.
