Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs. Additionally, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in talent and development initiatives, including KPI management, employee engagement surveys (EES), successor planning, fostering organizational culture, and competency development.
Main Responsibilities:
Training (50%):

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis, post- training assessments, and performance metrics.
Organize & to be an internal trainer for soft- skill courses.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant communication.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage E- learning platform & continuously enhance training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and engagement.
Identify training needs through consultation with department heads, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Talent & Development (50%):

Facilitate the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) process, including survey administration, data analysis, and action planning.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, productivity, and organizational goals.
Collaborate with departmental managers to identify high- potential employees and develop succession plans.
Cultivate and promote organizational culture through initiatives such as recognition programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and team- building activities.
Drive competency development initiatives by assessing skill gaps, designing competency frameworks, and implementing development plans.

Good English
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data skill
Experience in conducting & training soft- skill training classes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Knowing LMS, TMS
3+ years of experience in the similar role
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem- solving
Collaborative team player with a passion for developing others
Experience with Training Needs Analysis and writing training material
Be able to use software to build E- learning lessons: Storyline, Ispring, Video scribe, Articulate 360…
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Familiarity with talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and competency assessment
Familiarity and ability to facilitate traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on- the- job training, e- learning,)
Adaptable and resilient in a fast- paced, evolving environment
