As a Learning Experience Designer, you will join the product development team to create the most wholesome learning app for beginner- level communication skills (A1, A2).
You will own the following scopes:
Learner&039;s empathy & learning experience impact. That includes:
Conduct user research to identify learning needs, preferences, and pain points.
Collect and analyze requirements from users and internal stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Visualize learning solutions. That includes:
Creation of the rationale and design criteria for the learning experience (user flow, aha moment design, tactile design...)
Developing prototypes & wireframes is part of the process.
Test and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and performance data.
That includes:
Usability tests, synthesis of data
Utilize insights from user data and research to inform design decisions.
You will communicate extremely well, to:
Provide detailed logic and specifications for developers to implement learning features.
Facilitate communication between cross- functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
Coordinate with Data Analysts to monitor and leverage user data for informed decision- making.
Ensure that the user interface is intuitive and user- friendly.
Work closely with the product development team to integrate learning solutions into the app/web platform.
Collaborate with Content Executives to produce high- quality content.
Working Hours: 08:30 AM- 6:00 PM, with a 1.5- hour lunch break.
Location: Nam Trung Yen Urban Area, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.
Monday to Friday, weekends off.
