Learning Facilitator (Technical Skills Training)

- Enhance quality of learning by taking feedback and implementing improvements
- Deliver Learning Programs to Team Members according to IMPACTIVA and/or Client inspection manuals
- Must be capable of learning and delivering very rigorous Processes & Procedures
- Customize training programs for each client and conduct refreshers, ongoing seminars
- Communicate effectively with technicians, tech leaders, trainees, client / factory
- Train, coach internal and external (Client’s, Factory’s) technicians, QA/QC staff to be world class quality professionals by conducting on- site & off- site training
- Conduct technical skills training for Team Members as per TM / Department learning needs
- Create and execute learning calendar to ensure effective learning and on- time completion
- Ensure success of the on- the- job learning programs by monitoring metrics to measure success of all learning activities
- Conduct IMPACTIVA and/or Client certification programs / assessments and certify successful trainees

* Knowledge
- Experience in delivering learning programs
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Apparel production and / or quality assurance.
- University Degree / Technical qualification preferable
* Traits
- Proficient PC skills (Windows, MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct training programs* Skills
- Self- motivated and ability to be self- led as will mostly work without supervision
- Honesty and ethics beyond question
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self- confidence to work outside their home city and country as per business needs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
- Solid influencing skills to train new/existing Team Members on IMPACTIVA and/or Client Processes & Procedures and discipline
