Develop an L&D Strategy & Plan at Department/ Business Unit level aligned with Business Goals
Act as an advisor to management levels in enhancing team capabilities.
Develop customized training solutions to meet the specific needs of each department and the organization.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training priorities and ensure the L&D budget is utilized effectively in each Department/ Business Unit.
Develop an annual learning and development strategy & plan for Department/ Business Unit based on the organization’s business strategy and long- term goals;
Designing, Implementing, and Evaluating Learning programs/projects
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs/projects
Design and conduct training needs assessments, analyze needs, and define program/project objectives
Research and develop specialized content for learning programs and projects
Conduct training sessions and sharing on selected soft skills and professional topics within one’s areas of expertise.
Develop implementation plans; Manage and coordinate program/project execution
Building a Learning Culture within the Organization
Design and facilitate continuous learning programs, ensuring employees can apply knowledge to real- world tasks.
Create initiatives to motivate employees to participate in learning, such as gamification and recognition programs.
Participate in Learning Ecosystem Development projects (LMS, L&D Dashboards, Learning Paths, Learning Library, …) to foster a sustainable learning culture within the organization.
