JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receiving, collecting, responding to customer information:
To schedule for Leasing- event team for site check and support customers to see actual project premises.
To Receive and respond to information to customers about flexible office services, event hall rental, traditional office, internal meeting room .... from all media channels such as Hotline, fan page, personal app, linkedIn ...
To Guide customers to fill out information forms for making customer data sources from media sources.
Support for Leasing – Event team:
Support leasing- event team to coordinate work with internal departments (accounting, HR, IT, community, building management, project investors...)
Allocating customers for Leasing- Event team according to customer request. Monitoring and promoting leasing – event team for contacting customers, sending quotes, and sending rental offer emails.
Notify and monitor internal meetings.
Understanding product and system for support Leasing- Event teams will make contracts according to customer requests.
Training internal teams to use RnD software.
Administration works.
Manage and store tenants&039; contracts and contract appendices
Coordinate with the Accounting department and Community to monitor the situation of customers whose contracts are due to renew, proactively set schedules for BOD to negotiate with customers
Store and synthesize official files such as quotations, contract templates, and appendices...
Monthly timekeeping for leasing and event team
Manage customer data including customers who have rented, customers who are renting, customers in need, and customers whose contracts are due to renew
Updating the database of all inquiries/ name cards into the central database and managing the database
Weekly update of all name cards collected by the sales team and email inquiries into the database to clean and save in the drive working with the social media team
Additional work as required.
