Leasing

Manage leasing inquiries, provide workspace solutions, conduct site tours, and convert prospects into members across all company locations.
Prepare leasing documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and move- in experience.
Nurture strong connections with current members to maximize retention rates, drive lease renewals, and encourage word- of- mouth referrals.

Administrative Support & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records, tenancy contracts, and leasing documentation.
Ensure leasing activities comply with internal SOPs and company policies.
Prepare weekly/monthly leasing reports and performance metrics for management.

Other Tasks

Execute additional assignments designated by the Leasing Manager and Board of Directors, particularly those supporting internal company events.​

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Fluency in English is essential for daily business communication.
Demonstrated expertise in deal negotiation, contract closing, and client relationship management.
Prior background within the Real Estate or Hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 1–2 years of proven track record in Leasing, Sales, Real Estate, or Business Development.
Possess a strong sales- driven mentality, sharp proactive initiative, and a high sense of accountability.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant academic disciplines.
