Leasing Executive (Japanese)

RESPONSIBILITY
• Resolve related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Introduction, consulting, negotiation, contract signing
• Contract execution and management
• Make relevant reports
• Searching for potential customers, new partners
• Maintain and develop customer network

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Certificate Requirements
Academic level: College and above
Computer:Proficient in the use of office software
Major: Estate Management, Business (Marketing) or its equivalent.
Language: Can speak English/ Japanese
Required Experience/Knowledge
Experience: Minimum 3 years&039; experience in leasing and marketing of real estate.
Expertise: Have experience in leasing and marketing of Business Park, industrial and office spaces will be preferred.

Skill: Team player who possesses good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
