As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage their properties while contributing to the continued success of Druce & Co.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research and stay up- to- date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients&039; interests.
- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
Working days: Monday- Saturday morning

VND 11,000,000/month+ commission.
