Leasing Officer - Sales

Primary Objective:

Utilize assets and earn other income
Support the tenants for the best sales performance and maximize sales revenues of each store.
Attract more customers to visit the Shopping Center (SC)

Key Activities:

Planning and implementation for getting SC income
Planning and implementation of sales promotions
Leasing contract management

Roles and responsibilities:
Planning and implementation for getting SC income
•Manage the contracts.
•Plan and implement the short term event
•Plan and implement for getting SC income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
Planning and implementation of sales promotions
•Plan and implement sales promotions.
•Communicate with the store managers of each tenant
•Analyze data such as sales and rent of tenants, and use it to make improvements
Others
Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

•Good analytical skills
•Good communication skills
•At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
•Experience in Retail business is preferred
•Good computer skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
•Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields)
