Develop a plan for leasing and developing rental premises at the whole LOTTE Mart system (Non Food)
- Performing the work of signing, extending and liquidating leased premises according to the company&039;s price policy;
- Evaluation and evaluation of preliminary tenants (on business model, experience, relevant legal papers, market comparison, etc.).
- Actively seek, expand and maintain good relationships with potential brokers and tenants in the retail market, especially large brand chains with strong finances and the potential to develop cooperation through face- to- face or telephone meetings;
- Responsible for leasing, filling premises according to the guidelines/ directions of superiors, finding, analyzing, choosing to invite tenants/ potential brands, attractive new product/ industry trends, prestigious brands in the retail market, in accordance with the planning, policy of leasing and developing shopping malls;

Manage and propose improvements and evaluate trends to develop counters in the upper business center
- Proposed to the current or alternative tenant improvement department at the expiration of the contract;
- Learn, cover and update information on ground fluctuations/ leasing plans of brands, branches of shopping malls, operation activities, leasing policies of rival shopping malls to propose and advise superiors on the direction, policies for leasing and development of shopping malls in accordance with the actual situation;
- Work with the Head of Department to ensure that all documents related to the lease are prepared and managed in accordance with Vietnamese law and company policies so that the information is in line with the administrative team to take the next steps;
- Proposing & inviting new tenants or groups of tenants according to the trend and development of the brand in the rental demand market;
- Constantly looking for ways to improve at work and participate in joint improvement projects;
- Plan to extend the contract, end the lease in a timely manner with the current tenant;
- Settlement of arising requirements, complaints and disputes of customers related to leases;
- Drafting letters of lease offer, application for approval of leases before signing lease contracts, Synthesizing and preparing statistical information on leasing and reporting to direct management;
- Negotiate and coordinate rental documents (including new contracts, renewals, extensions, amendments, etc.) on necessary requirements, including signed documents, payments, detailed forms about tenants and registrations/ licenses, receipts, etc.

Update and coordinate business development in accordance with the model in the ground leasing planning area throughout LOTTE Mart system
- Coordinate the monitoring of the debt of the lessee with the contract management team and debt, request the lessee to comply with the agreement commitment;
- Regularly search, exploit and update information on real estate projects to best serve the brand development and service enhancement;
- Update old customer lists and search for new customers by region; Update customer information, create a database about customers;
- Participate in the rearranged planning of premises to achieve the highest business efficiency;
- Coordinate with the design approval team, marketing and operation team of the mall to ensure the party complies with the company&039;s requirements.

Contract Management, and Report Aggregating
- Compile and prepare reports on monthly/yearly short- term rentals;
- Weekly/ month/ quarter/ year report;
- Other reports at the request of management.
