Leather Specialist

- Ensure all cutters in production following to cutting standards by working with Cutting- management- team closely.
- According to tooling plan, follow the whole cutting process during development and ensure correct leather type and quantity are used to prevent problems occurred in bulk production
- Internal and external audit on cutting section according to ECCO standards, conduct regular audit on the cutting standard & maintain orderly cutting operation and production safety.
- Make every 2- to- 4- week- leather- distribution plan to WH and use inventory leather to achieve leather utilization purpose.
- Follow the critical cutting requirement for special area to be sure about the final products.
- Develop and execute cutting training program process in the factory.
- Responsible to ensure all cutting leathers followed to: Cutting show- board, BOM /leather catalog /combine articles in LVF section, Color window (follow EMCS)/ grain standard , Grading Satra standard (never count on articles), Sizing, crimping (or blocking), Pro- cost, consumption, utilization.
- Follow daily checking uppers defects (from the line/ from customer feedback/ from replacement/ from trial) to re- update standards if really need.

- Fair English and computer skills
- Minimum 5 years of cutting in shoe- making field, understanding about system of leather, quality.
- Bachelor degree or above of Science and engineering/ Shoes industry
