We are looking for a Legal Admin Intern to join the kobi team&039;s lighting journey in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam for a 6- month internship!
Key Responsibilities:
Support for Legal Agreements (contracts) preparations and review.
Definition and preparation of legal tools and processes.
Support for external Coordination (delivery of contracts, offers, and other documents)
Legal compliance follow- up and tracking
Support for internal Back office actions (printings, preparation of official submission to clients, Legal documents recording and organization, etc)
Support the Assistant to Director in planning, and organizing files and folders in the office,
Non- exhaustive list.
Ensure smooth operations of the office, in terms of organizations, maintenance, etc.
Key Requirements:
Background:
Comfortable working with numbers for managing contracts and finances.
Interest in legal- admin scope and/or lighting design is a plus, though not required.
A background or academic focus in law, business, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with an eagerness to learn new software as needed.
Highly organized and detail- oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Communication:
Fluent in Vietnamese, with English proficiency required; French is a plus.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and communicating with various stakeholders.
Personal Qualities:
Energetic and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Passionate about design, culture, innovation, and sustainability.
Positive attitude with a commitment to a minimum 6- month internship.
