We are looking for a Legal Admin & Project Assisting Intern to join the kobi team&039;s lighting journey in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam for a 6- month internship!
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of the Business Operations (BO) team to help manage contracts with suppliers and coordinate deliveries for projects.
Provide support in organizing and documenting meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on key project actions.
Support the legal and administrative team in day- to- day tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist in coordinating projects, particularly around logistics, contract management, and supplier relations.
Help ensure timely delivery and coordination across various projects.
Key Requirements:
Background:
Interest in logistics and/or lighting design is a plus, though not required.
A background or academic focus in law, linguistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
Comfortable working with numbers for managing contracts and finances.
Skills:
Highly organized and detail- oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with an eagerness to learn new software as needed.
Communication:
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and communicating with various stakeholders.
Fluent in Vietnamese, with English proficiency required; French is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
Energetic and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Passionate about design, culture, innovation, and sustainability.
Positive attitude with a commitment to a minimum 6- month internship.
