Legal Advisor

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address identified legal risks and implement appropriate action plans.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Engage with regulatory authorities and clients, including both domestic and international stakeholders.
Offer strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.
Manage compliance initiatives for corporate services, including the development and enforcement of business conduct standards and contract management policies.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic, and international environment, with a strong willingness to assist others.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Law and a Lawyer Practice Certificate are required.
Highly ambitious and eager to learn and advance to a senior executive level.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher.
A proactive problem- solver, adept at proposing legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
Able to withstand high- pressure situations.
Preferred specializations: labor law, corporate law, investment law, and M&A.
3- 5 years of legal experience, ideally combining both law firm and in- house roles.
