Legal Advisor

OUR MISSION: As a Legal Advisor, I&039;m responsible for providing prompt and robust legal advice and support to business operational matters in supporting the achievement of commercial and corporate objectives while minimizing legal risks. Providing and coordinating legal solutions on operational matters in line with the Company’s commercial requirements and strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing liaison with state agencies in case of needs.
Monitoring and reporting on statutory and regulatory compliance matters, including personal data protection.
Participating in ad- hoc projects.
Assisting in the drafting of policies, guidelines, legal templates, and other documents.
Carrying out any other duties relating to local laws or the organization as may be directed from time to time.
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial, procurement, supply chain, distribution, and other contracts. Managing potential disputes, and working closely with external legal counsel, if necessary.
Raise awareness around Legal’s role in supporting the business as well as the risks involved. Prepare and deliver legal training and sharing to teammates and ensure all relevant laws and internal rules are understood and obeyed.
Provide overall legal expertise and support on legal issues relating to the functions, structures, and activities of the Company.
Supporting harmonization of policies and processes.

Have at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a retail industry.
Location: HCMC Office- Binh Thanh District
A minimum qualification of Bachelor of Laws Degree from a reputable university (Admitted to practice at the Vietnam bar is a plus).
Highly motivated with high ethical standards.
Good ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic structure.
Possesses analytical and problem- solving mindset.
Strong technical skills backed by a commercial and pragmatic mindset.
Team player with strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to communicate and share knowledge, humility, and a determination and willingness to learn.
