Legal and Compliance ManagerUrgent job La Vie Limited Liability Company

• Drafting necessary documents for all projects of the Company
• Monitoring changes to laws and regulations and informing all relevant personnel to the changes, providing suggestions on how to promptly reflect such change(s) in current processes of the company
• Maintaining good relationships with Nestlé, coordinating with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders on company- related matters.
• Conducting other incidental works and projects relating to the Company as instructed by the Company’s General Manager from time to time and Nestlé Group/ Nestlé Vietnam (as NIM- Nestlé in the Market) from time to time
• Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
• Deploying Nestlé Group’s guidelines/policies to the operation of the Company
• Providing daily legal advice, in liaison with business teams, to manage all corporate, labor and compliance matters
• Conducting regular compliance trainings for employees

• Experienced in FMCG industry is a plus
• Law firm experience is preferred
• At least 4- 5 years’ experience in legal field
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Proficient skills in MS Office
