Legal Associate

We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Legal Associate to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and meet with clients.
- Conduct legal presentations for clients and keep the company updated on new laws.
- Provide legal advice and other legal services to clients.
- Perform other specialized tasks as required by superiors directly.
- Train/instruct lawyers, legal consultants, and legal assistants in legal advisory work.
- Draft or edit legal opinions for lawyers and legal assistants involved in legal advisory work.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the company&039;s client base.

Requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
- Eager to build a rewarding career within a professional law firm.
- Demonstrated qualities of diligence, professionalism, and the ability to excel under pressure.
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience in transaction practice at the law firm.
