Legal Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
Transaction Support:

Participate in company&039;s financing arrangements and ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements
Assist with legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

Legal Operations:

Stay up to date with changes in legislation, especially those affecting the company&039;s industry
Provide legal assistance in drafting and reviewing contracts related to construction and operation
Manage and respond to any litigation or regulatory inquiries
Work collaboratively with other departments to assess legal risks and develop strategic solutions
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues impacting the company

Corporate Governance:

Support corporate governance by assisting in the preparation of board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and advising on compliance matters

Required Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge of real estate regulations and experience at a reputable law firm is a PLUS
Strong legal research and writing skills
Self- motivated with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
3 years of experience in a corporate legal setting
A law degree from an accredited Law University
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills and a high degree of discretion
Demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically
